ROLE TYPE: Full-Time | Hybrid
Aurora Expeditions strives to be the employer of choice for high quality expedition team members and activity guides. We’re looking for an experienced Expedition Team Manager who will be responsible for applying due diligence and robust recruitment and people management practices to the sourcing, allocation and management of Aurora Expeditions’ Expedition Team Members and Activity Guides.
The successful applicant will be responsible for: expedition team recruitment and scheduling; feedback, performance and management of the expedition team; contracting and finance management; and stakeholder management.

The Education and Enrichment Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the onboard Education & Enrichment Program strategy and framework. The Aurora Expeditions Enrichment Program is core to our passenger experience and includes educational lecture programs, participative Citizen Science Program, and onboard Entertainment offerings.
In collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting to the Head of People and Culture, the Education and Enrichment Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and advancing our comprehensive Education and Enrichment Program across three key areas: Education, Enrichment and Onboard Education.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations and Permitting Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing logistical and administrative support related to operational planning and permitting activities. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across multiple timezones in a face-paced and high-volume environment.

North America
ROLE TYPE: Full-time | Remote
The North American-based Regional Marketing Specialist’s key focus is to support the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing Manager – Consumer and Trade (Sydney-based) and the Global Marketing Strategic priorities with the implementation of presentations, insights and execution of priority digital, print and event marketing campaigns that support the commercial growth and development of our customer base and increase customer retention in the North America (US & Canada) market.
The successful applicant will be responsible for: supporting the marketing manager (consumer and trade) in delivering marketing activities; managing lead generation in the North American market; contribute to the annual marketing planning; seek and scope new direct marketing opportunities; and managing communications via print and digital channels

Expedition Team
ROLE TYPE: Contract | Remote
The Aurora Expedition Team are passionate specialists in their field that offer a range of expertise such as historians, marine biologists, geologists, naturalists and guides. Our skilled activity guides in both polar and tropical regions include diving, snorkelling, kayaking, alpine trekking, snowshoeing and mountaineering.

Please Note: Aurora Expeditions engages only expedition-related specialists, e.g. Expedition Leaders, Biologists, Naturalists, Historians, Kayak Guides and Expedition Guides etc. Experience driving Zodiacs in polar regions will be an advantage. All vessel-related staff including hotel and crew are employed by CMI (Cruise Management International).

Aurora Expeditions has carefully considered the potential impacts and risks to our expeditioners, staff, and crew associated with COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and we have proactively implemented the following in depth policies and practices to ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone.
These measures have been put in place following consultation with The World Health Organization (WHO), IAATO*, AECO^, Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), our marine healthcare partner, Vikand and experienced Medical Advisory Agency, Respond Global, and our crew management partner, CMI Leisure. These will be regularly revised in line with the latest medical advice, advancements and guidelines.
