2016-17 Antarctica Photography Competition

Open to Aurora Expeditions passengers who travelled during the 2016-17 Antarctica season only.

Share the wonders of your Aurora Expeditions’ Antarctic experience by entering our 2016-17 Antarctica Photography Competition and be in with the chance to WIN some great prizes!

Antarctica is a place of unforgettable and inspiring beauty. Bustling King penguin rookeries in South Georgia, dramatic ice-clad mountains along the Antarctic Peninsula, mesmerising sculpted icebergs, sleepy seals on pristine icefloes, spectacular sunsets ... The list is endless. And you don’t have to be a pro to take an amazing photograph in Antarctica! Only a keen eye and a taste for adventure! Whether you're an advanced nature photographer, or an iPhone photography superstar, we encourage all our passengers to share their favourite photos for the opportunity to WIN!

How does it work?

To enter the 2016-17 Antarctica Photography Competition, submit up to five your favourite photographs via our online form. Our photography judge, 2009 Australian Geographic's 'Spirit of Adventure' award winner photographer Chris Bray will announce the winner, as well as runner-ups after the last voyage returns at the end of the season. Stay tuned, and don't forget to pack your camera!
