Thomas’ constructive background in diving, knowledge of marine wildlife and specialisation in the Arctic make him a huge asset to the Expedition Team. A certified Arctic Nature Guide, Thomas has been working as a dive instructor and guide for over 12 years. For half of this time, he based himself in Iceland, where he expanded his expertise to include glacier guiding. During Thomas’ extensive time in the northernmost latitudes, he has developed a deep passion for the Arctic, with its unique and diverse landscapes, conditions and wildlife. Thomas prides himself on always seeking to immerse himself in local cultures, speaking the native language where possible to connect with locals on a deeper level and be seen as part of the community. He is looking forward to joining expeditioners in the Arctic this season, sharing his broad Arctic knowledge and helping to facilitate unforgettable wildlife encounters.
